Lyle Tiberius Rourke (Atlantis: The Lost Empire) vs General Mandible (Antz)
Both have used the female role in getting what they want (Rourke: use Kida to obtain the crystal, Mandible: marry Bala to control the colony)
Both have assured the male role that they are doing for the "good" (Rourke: convinced Milo to join the trip to find Atlantis, Mandible: assured Z that his joining of the army was good for the colony)
Both have created a persona of being the "good guy" but they were the villain all along (Rourke: helps the team to find Atlantis only to abuse the people and find the crystal to sell, Mandible: is assuring that everything he is doing is for the colony as a whole but hates the workers and plans their genocide)

"Weaver realizes that what what Mandible was doing was wrong and helps the workers" I think you mean Cutter, the ant who can fly. Weaver was Z's soldier friend who traded places with him.
