Edit: I'm feeling a bit better now. I had a rough day before I wrote this, I had some trouble with my anxiety and such. I think things are gonna get better soon. I was going to write my thoughts last night, but I was tired and...I mean what I saw woke me out of being tired in all but...it was late so. I decided to do the right thing and go to bed. ANYWAY!!! HELLO EVERYBODY!

Ok, to start off, my name is Selena (or as my username says SkyStar...but you can call me Sky). I'm a nerdy fan who almost likes anything I see so if you see any fanfics I write here, it's most likely that I'm a big fan of the franchise. I really don't draw a lot but do create as stated a lot of fanfiction writing which inspires me to create my own line of written work someday. And if I do draw, it's most likely for practice or fun. And also meme work.

I LOVE playing video games, reading books, watching movies and TV (though not as much as I used to). A lot of these you'll see of course in my written work which I'm mostly crazy about...haha...

Other interests include: superheroes (mostly Marvel/DC Universe), horror (I LOVE the old ones...but new movies can be just as good! Also includes video games), usually Gothic/darkness stuff (think Evanescence), history (Assassin's Creed takes the cake), sci-fi (mostly Star Wars but I'm open to anything), giant Japanese monsters (kaiju, Godzilla), giant mech robots (Transfomers, etc), Sonic, Link, Mario, Kirby, chocolate cake, baking, cookies...pretty much anything that really gets my eye....but I can be picky....but then again I'm open to almost anything...

I'm back...kind of....good and bad news....

So wow....it has been a LONG time since I posted on here... And I know for sure well....there's a good reasons behind it. First of all, all this corona crap started. So that meant balancing work, essential needs and school all into one without fearing about getting sick. Second is well...to be honest...I can't find myself to write anymore. Ok, that doesn't mean I cannot write completely anymore. It's more so putting all my energy into it. I can't find myself writing for series that sadly I can't find myself getting back into and trying to finish. I have tried indeed multiple times and there's no thought I can think of trying to do it. If I do write, it'll sadly have to be short one shots. Short stories that are simple and cute. Doing long series and chapters was something I did find enjoyable but considering for the time being...I found myself eventually not figuring anything out. Third is change. Not only in myself but also deviantArt. For myself, I realized a new passion in me

The Rise of Skywalker + The Mandalorian Review

I finally gave The Rise of Skywalker another try! And I will say, my second experience was WAAAAAAAYYYYY better than I had with it. Now, to get to the basics: is it a good movie? Well....I would say it's fun. If you enjoy watching action and visual landscapes, etc, then it's definitely for you. Did I enjoy it? Yes, I realized a lot that TOTALLY went over my head then it should have.
